AMS Graduate Student Travel Grants to the JMMEligibility To be eligible for consideration for an AMS Graduate Student Travel Grant to the JMM, applicants must:
In the application, applicants should provide evidence that their participation in the JMM will advance their research agenda. They should also show that support from this grant would be key to their traveling to the JMM site, such as if they do not have other substantial support that could be used instead. Applicants may also provide an explanation for special circumstances surrounding their application. Travel Support Travel grant applicants will be responsible for making their own travel and meeting arrangements in accordance with grant policies and procedures. Grantees who do not follow these policies and procedures may not be eligible for reimbursement of travel expenses they incur. Award amounts are anticipated to be up to $1,430 to defray travel, housing, subsistence, and registration expenses.
