The AMS is offering 50 reimbursement grants of US$200, one per family, to help with the cost of child care and free parents to participate more fully in the 2027 Joint Mathematics Meetings. Registration for JMM 2027 and membership in the AMS is required to apply for this program. The deadline to apply for this program is October 20, 2026. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until October 20, 2025. Details on the distribution of grant funds will be sent to all recipients before the meeting. Each recipient will be required to submit a completed W-9 form prior to the meetings to receive these funds. All parents are solely responsible for arranging their child care. These grants may be used in any way that helps them with child care during the meeting. The AMS cannot make any recommendations for child care providers. Final decisions on recipients will be made on or before November 17, 2026.Application Materials Required:
