|The Association for Women in Mathematics invites women graduate students to apply to present posters at the AWM Workshop held in conjunction with the 2012 SIAM Annual Meeting. Up to 10 women will be selected to present a poster. AWM will offer partial support for travel expenses for poster presenters. In addition to the poster presentations, the workshop will include presentations by Recent Ph.D.s, a mentoring event, and a career minisymposium. Workshop participants will have the opportunity to meet with other women mathematicians at all stages of their careers.

All applications should include a cover letter, a title of the proposed poster, an abstract (maximum length of 75 words) for the proposed poster, a concise description of research, a curriculum vitae, and at least one letter of recommendation from a faculty member or research mathematician who knows the applicant's work.
