The CUNY Combinatorics REU is a program for undergraduates, focused on doing combinatorial research with the goal of publishing a research paper. The program runs for 7-8 weeks during the summer in New York City. During this period each participant is individually mentored by the organizers. We are based in the Math department of CUNY's Baruch College, located at the heart of Manhattan.

We are looking for ambitious undergraduates who are strongly motivated to produce a research paper. That is, students who are willing to work hard for a period of time to achieve this goal.

The program is organized by Adam Sheffer, Pablo Soberon and Frank de Zeeuw. For many more details, such as dates, research topics, who can apply, and example papers from previous years, see our webpage.
