UNDERGRADUATES who are citizens or permanent residents of the United States or its possessions work in small groups under the direction of two faculty mentors for eight weeks on a research project.

Local housing for the eight weeks of the program and a $4,750 stipend are supplied, as well as full use of university facilities and travel expenses.

Program dates are: May 23 - July 15, 2022.

Project 1: Public Transportation: A Real World AI, Data Science, And Optimization Project (Hala Nelson and John Webb)

Project 2: Improving Unsupervised Machine Learning Algorithms for Directed Network Data (Behnaz Moradi-Jamei and Dinesh Sharma)
