CSM Scholarship Program, Lehman College-- City University of New York
The CSM Mentorship and Scholarship Program is open to all students attending Lehman College, majoring in a technology related field. The National Science Foundation funds this program. The following are requirements that they set and the program has no discretion over them. Scholarship recipients must be:
- United States citizens, nationals, refugee aliens, or permanent resident aliens at the time of application.
- Must demonstrate financial need, defined here as financial eligibility for U.S. Department of Education Pell Grant or Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need.
- Must be enrolled full-time in computer science, computing and management and/or mathematics degree programs at the baccalaureate or masters level at Lehman College to receive funding.
Applicants do not need to be enrolled at Lehman College at the time of application, but the scholarship can only be awarded if they are admitted to the college and enroll full-time for the upcoming semester.
Preference will be given to undergraduate applicants who have finished the basic skills courses and first year courses in their major with a grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
